Vittorio Innocenti grapes are grown on his 32-hectare estate in Montefollonico. In addition to his widely praised Vin Santo, he produces excellent examples of the Sangiovese grape out of his 13th century cellar based in the centre of the town. Made from the traditional Tuscan grapes of Sangiovese, Canaiolo Nero, and Mammolo and aged for 6 months in old oak barrels, the Rosso de Montepulciano is the little brother of Vittorio’s Vino Nobile de Montepulciano.

Gilioli Family Balsamic Vinegar

Contact: sgilioli@live.com

Making balsamic vinegar is a tradition handed down from generation to generation in the Province of Modena in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. This local oro nero (“black gold”) is aged in a series of wooden barrels in the attics of families throughout the province. Locally grown grapes, different types of wood, traditional guidelines, care and time, lots of time, all go into making traditional balsamic vinegar. We are selling a limited quantity of our small Gilioli Family production, which is over 30 years old. To learn more about our product, please contact us at sgilioli@live.com
